Please return item(s) within 10 business days from delivery date. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sales items, accessories, body suits, swimsuits, lingerie and items with scents, deodorant and signs of wear. All items must have tags attached and in original packaging. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All items are returned to Style 86 Boutique at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, address, order number and reason for return. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost efficient. For all returns, we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. Once we have received your return please allow up to 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued. Once your exchanged item has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit code at the email address you provided at the time of your purchase. Please check your email inbox as well as the spam folders for the store credit code.
If the item you received was damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your damaged item at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement item that is equal value.
Style 86 Boutique reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Return Policy.
